I seriously love cake. I learned to bake as soon as I could stand, and just haven't stopped! I am fascinated by edible art and thoroughly enjoy creating my own. However things haven't always been so sweet...

Years ago I developed gluten and lactose intolerances, forcing me to take a break from starting up the company and concentrate on my recovery... I was really rather ill. But as I got better and better I just couldn't handle a world without cake! I tried many a gluten free bake but they just didn't cut it. So, back to the drawing board I went.  After many, many hours of kitchen cabin fever, I finally established my Free From range. One thing I can assure you it is not free from, is flavour!
